Wi | X2 can't complain about Agco at the corporate parts level any more than any other brand really. Dealer level will always vary and isn't entirely in their control.
We get a lot of parts out of Batavia very quickly, if ordered by 4pm it's there at 7am the next morning.
Dealt with some backordered parts that have been a pain but have had that with every color.
No matter what they do, there will always be disgruntled customers. The parts guys get to be the complaint department enough days. Listen to people complain about the parts not being there, being too expensive, etc etc. There's enough bad parts guys but there's enough good ones, or ones with potential that quit because they get sick of dealing with all the grumpy customers. I can't blame them. | |
