Yes. Screen the fertilizer. We have a conditioner on our blender but I still recommend screening. Smaller chunks can go thru and year up a meter on an airseeder.
If you blend the wheat and fertilizer I would want to run the blend out pretty quick, don't get caught by a rain. Could potentially hurt the germ on the wheat
