I'd back off your normal seeding rate by 10% if putting fertilizer with the seed. Should tiller with that extra fertilizer to get you the same end count. Personally I'd use MESZ vs MAP. I would almost guarantee you're lacking sulfur and zinc. Just to let you know volume wise the fertilizer will be 25-30% more dense than the wheat.
