At over 10 months I assume mine is about as good as it will get. Lifting heavy objects and especially carrying them is something to try and avoid. Climbing ladders with large steps or taking a large step and lifting your whole body weight is not a good idea. You can adjust for those things though. If doing a job that has you laying on the ground...when you get up...use other leg to lift body weight up or just don't use replacement hip as a lever alone. If you have a second done (like many guys may) not sure how that will effect things. Just need to do some things slower and more cautiously.
