Is that the going price for land in michigan? We are straight across the lake, maybe a little further south, and my wife's grandfather sold one of his farms yesterdAy by auction and got 1.6M for 100ac with 80 workable and only an old house on it
That land east of here has always been higher
not all the time but lots of the time
