My 2 year old did the same thing last march. looked almost identical. Took him to children's urgent care they said they couldn't do anything about and I had to go to the ER. After waiting in the urgent care and the ER for about 4 hrs doctor came in and looked at it for 2 minutes and said to let it heal on its own. 3 weeks later you couldn't tell that it had happen except for the $1500 dollar doctor bill.
