just a tish NE of central ND | Yep, I think it wouldn't be the wrong thing to do and if you don't it might have a larger scar tissue from not being pulled together.
Edited, I have a serious mouth scar of my own that never got sewed up when I knocked a hole through it when I was a kid. it ahs a lot of scar tissue and makes my lip "thick" there and the feeling is altered as well.
