You may want to sharpen your pencil. You may find you can not produce Certified Organic eggs at $5.00.

Check out all the rules and the cost to pay the Inspector.

Check the use of approved inputs. That may be a shock.


Personnel opinion: Organic is a Closed Shop System.
Designed to keep the supply low while using sales methods to build demand.


Small volume usually means higher cost of production
