Looks deep enough...is one of the two tubes coming up the riser an electrical conduit?

Don't forget the radial ground rods under your concrete pad.

I know what you mean about the $100 bills but done right this will be paying you back for years. Like a good handling facility. Cattle just take some initial investment in infrastructure, whether you have 10 head or 100.
