...cleaned bin run wheat at $6.00/bu...apply about 80-90lb. Cleaned cereal rye at $14.50/bu. ..apply 60 lbs. or barley...@ ? /bu. .....Anything else is foolish. Clover won't build any nitrogen before you kill it next spring. Peas may?...but not likely as far north as you are. You're looking for a good cover...in the shortest amount of time. Those other mixes are for when you get 14-16 weeks of growth before freeze up. 1st of December isn't that far off.
