Sounds like you need a big moonshine still... Don't you let the corn sprout and then break the ends off to start the process.

Might call and see if the hog farm or a cattle feeder would take it? I saw mfa pattonsburg was $2.62 this morning for corn....

You could pick a hopper, and run it threw the auger wagon and onto the truck and see what is looks likes as a trial?
