Coles County, Illinois | If you're just needing to invert the voltage then a double pole relay per boom section should do this. However if the valves are this one http://www.hypropumps.com/resources/images/393.pdf then you should be able to wire them in a 3 wire configuration. One wire is hot continuously and this closes the valve. The other wire would come off the controller and if it's hot then the valve ignores the close signal and opens.
