North Mo. | My old 7.3 non turbo auto got around 9 last year with chains on all the time and pushing snow up over the bumper almost all the time. Lots of rammin time also. Most of the time it never got out of 2nd. I thought that was pretty good also lots of idle time which the newer ones frown upon I am told. Sons dodge diesel doesn't get 14 anytime and the power stroke does not much better.
I remember my first diesel a 6.9 4 speed in when ever they came out . Everyone was saying oh 20's well someone had a different truck than I did and it didn't have a bale bed on it. I'm really kinda soured on Diesels unless driving lots of miles. | |
