Near-north Ontario, French River | Recently upgraded laptops and this one has Windows 7 on it. I received an email document that I wish to print out but have encountered a strange problem. The issue is that when I click on "print" it takes me to the "save" screen... no problems saving the file ( although not sure why I have to save in the first place)... I can then open the file and when I attempt to print the same thing happens. If I try to save again is of course tells me I already have that file blah blah blah... but still unable to print. Any ideas? file is in .xps format, but have the same problem with pdfs TIA
