E718 - 9/3/2014 12:36 Hard to deal with. If you had 3 loads, no big deal. Spread it out on concrete, put water on it and feed it to cattle. But 2,500 loads, no one can handle that.
If there is anyplace that can/will get it fed up, its Sioux Co.
