dragon71 - 9/2/2014 10:06   This location in Sioux Center also had a fuel tank explosion a few years back only about a block away. A dangerous part of town!

Wasn't that fire at the ethanol plants tanks?

I know they're right next to the elevator but lets not try to make it sound like the elevator is careless and dangerous.

No it was being unloaded by the railroad tracks just south of the feed mill. I remember I had to go to a big safety meeting after that happened.
I'm not trying to make it out like they are careless, but with all that feed dust in the area and fuel tanks and fertilizer... who knows.

This is from that incident.
