If you planted at 13 lb/acre you probably have some thick stalks! Most sorghum sudan/ sudan grasses are planted in the 25-45 lb/acre depending on variety which gives you a thinner stalk. You can figure around 1.5 tons of dry matter when you cut it about 3 feet so I doubt if you'll hit 15 tons.
