Here's an easy one my mother-in-law often made, and it's still a family favorite:
Cherry Jello Salad
1 large box of cherry jello
Dissolve in 3 cups boiling water.
Stir in 1 can of cherry pie filling.
Let chill a few hours in the refrigerator.
Easy-peasy :
)
