Interesting video. Not sure about the 550 and 600 but we went around and around with our 530Q and 535Q. Kind of poor when the salesman and the service manager doesn't know their product but the TM, Len Horn is a idiot with no product knowledge either. 530 was built as a scraper, didn't make 100% hp. until 11th gear. The 535 was built as a Ag and the Ag makes 97% in 4th and 100% in 5th. The 550 and 600 still have the Fujitec trans. in them. I would imagine the derates are still there. Bought the 535 new and out of the box it would out pull the 530 by 1 to 2 gears pulling identical 9300 chisel plows. I nailed a CIH guy down at the NFMS and he gave me a phone number to a guy who would know, Paul Matejeck. He gave me all the derates gear by gear for both applications. I sent him the FIC and he reprogrammed it. The 530 then ran right with the 535. The auto down shift also worked smoother. Before every time it shifted it sounds like the trans was about to fall out. Traded the 530 @ 5200 hrs with no major problems however the trans failed at 2200 hrs. in the 535.

Didn't mean to hijack the thread but I want to buy a plow and we have a 13' 550Q scraper and 12' 600Q ag so your post and video caught my eye.
