I remember a V4 Wisconsin engine my dad had on a Case combine too. That engine was one of the biggest POS's ever made. The valves would stick almost every night and it was always a pain to start and to top it off it sat up on top of the combine.
He finally bought a PTO drive for the combine which sure made combining a lot more pleasant.
Anyone collect old balers?
