Mr. Bonham,
If that is the system you purchased in May of 2008, it is equipped with a 2hp booster pump. If there happens to be any debris in the impeller it will drag the 2hp motor down causing the amp draw to rise resulting in voltage drop. The 2hp booster pump draws 4.875 amps. Thats about the same as your entire 5 tower system draws. So check your booster pump that could be the problem.
