With pivot running and on zero percent you should be 480 volts or close to it and if not your problem is before your pivot. Is your well electric? Run pivot without the well running and see where your at. If you think it is a pivot problem run timer at about 10% and you should be able to tell what tower kicks on when the voltage goes down. Be careful turning down low voltage shut down you could really start burning up motors with low voltage. Remember as voltage goes down amps will go up.
