Kentucky | Made a mistake when booking airline tickets online. Thought I got a morning flight but it was pm. Think it was my fault, just didn't watch close enough. Called the number about changing flights. First guy and I couldn't understand each other. Called again, and I could at least communicate with the guy. He told me it would cost $650 to exchange tickets that cost $400 to begine with. Called airline, they told me a little more than $450, just to exchange. I don't think this is fair at all. I made a mistake and am willing to pay what I feel may be reasonable, $30-50, but their fees are ridiculous.
Any suggestions?
