Eastern Nebraska | I would agree with the others that stated you should spend the extra money for the StarFire 3000. Granted it's not in the price range of the used, but you'll be happier with the performance. One thing to look for when purchasing a used display is where it came from and how it's advertised. Are you getting a used display from dealer that has and AMS guy who understands activations? If so you'll be better off. If you're purchasing from an auction or off of a website, I'd be weary about ads that say they have activations in them. Just because they were at one time used with activations such as AutoTrac or Swath Control, doesn't necessarily mean that they still contain the activation. Other than that I would say that you are heading down the right track for getting started in your operation. | |
