Clarksville, IL | where i'm at in clark county illinois our last rain was on july 12 half inch, we have had a couple tenths here and there before and got a tenth this evening, there won't be a record crop in my area, we needed a rain today in a bad way, we had record corn and beans last year, but i just don't see the record corn crop here in my area, i may be fooled when the combine runs, but gonna be seeing some tip back i'd say for sure, checked some friday looked like you could see it tipping back some already. i'm just glad it hasn't been a normal July it would have been bad, cool weather has helped out. mowed yard today over half is brown and dusty now. our early beans are filling out needed a good rain on them.
