Where can I buy these said balloons? I have some old pivot tires to get rid of LOL.
That's about what I was thinking.
I thought of this thread late this afternoon while I was out in a cornfield to work on a pivot. I came across three flat latex balloons tied with ribbons to an infant pacifier. There's no telling how far it travelled to get there or when it landed, other than it was after planting.
