Acc % means Percent Accuracy. Some breeds display as a .xx number underneath the EPD, some as a percentage like shown here. So a higher % means a more accurate EPD. Accuracy does not effect the value of the EPD. So to compare apples to apples Bull 1 is still better with the 10 CE number.
