Well, I suppose it is possible that the Blades are not made of much 'decent steel' as maybe once were, and you could harden them (the cutting edges) quite likely as a start..

But that being said, what are you 'trying' to cut with it ~ not just Heavy Grass and Weeds I take it.. maybe a few too many Small Trees and Sand Dunes.?? If so, then I think you get what you get most likely.. Sad to say!! Good Luck on the Quest
