north-central Indiana west of Fulton | That would be a wise decision. I made an attachment strap with a re-rod welded to it to put in the cement of a 4' cement wall (would have a strap on each side or go thicker if doing again) to bolt posts to. Or you can get them already made that are like on these Permacolumns.
