Dougherty, IA		I like where this is going. You get in with him on the 250 ac and as he looks to retirement, you slowly take over more farms.

I still think we are headed for some tough times so off-farm income or diversification in the operation will be very important.

Good luck....I will say it once again, just because you said you get tired of hearing it....IT TAKES A LOT OF MONEY! HAHA!
