Life's but a walking shadow | I don't have the figures right at hand but if I remember correctly when you compare world oil seed production to use the world basically uses all the production every year. The numbers get confusing due to the different marketing years but it is my impression that it isn't a question of consumption but rather price. In other words it all gets used it is just a question of how much it costs.
