SW Ont | I agree with poverty point. I have done a couple deals where had vendor hold fist mortgage on property. The interest on portion of sale price for specified time. Just a simple way to sweeten the deal for vendor and can benefit buyer as well. Some guys like to stay connected to the sale and some don't. Hand written deal signed by both parties then forward to lawyers to finalize and close deal. | |
