I'm thinking poor for 2-3 years but just a guess. Wouldn't surprise me if many elevator are near full as wheat harvest starts....
Late January I signed a basis contract for -.70 on new crop corn,its -1.00 ALL READY,,,,,,,I may just FORGET about the corn,,,sell my basis contract to someone else for .20 and plant beans.
