All irrelevant anyway. The big seed companies can patent their varieties but they can't keep anyone who wants from breeding RR or BT once the patent expires. Bayer is facing the same with LL and Liberty herbicide. Monsanto won't be in business 5 years after the patents expire. Will take a few year for others to ramp production but its going to happen because there are too many dollars involved. | |
