waaaay east central Colorado | Im on twin 30's with a Monosem. I REALLY like their planter. If you are considering twin, definitely look at one.
The schlagel probably would make a 12" strip, but I dunno about the quality. Right now we are linda pushing how wide the closing discs can go and still be interacting with halfway worked dirt. There are times in really hard dirt where the closing discs will kinda hold the unit up the air because they are riding on hard dirt still. We toyed with adding some "wings" to the sides of the points to have a wider disruption zone at te surface so the discs would work better, but havent done it yet ;) |
