The one comes here in June or so is Pete Costello, yours is the other favorite name from what I hear.

Be there to supervise and watch them or they shoot some paint and leave they don't do the details on their own, wait for their third offer it gets lower, and you will get an average job for an average price. When they say 2 coats it means they wave the wand both directions; when they say they do light repairs it means if you supply 5 nails they will pound them in. When they say the overspray won't be bad, get anything valuable out of the way. But if you watch them and all you get the job done and it looks good for some years, more than I would do on my own!

Been my experience with Costello.

Sounds pretty cold for painting, tho its an oil paint I donno?
