Yup those fuel filters have to go. An anti gel fuel conditioner an no 1 fuel. An maybe shoot a heat source like a Val 6 heater on the fuel lines an pump an tank should remedy the problem. Rule No 1 always change your fuel filters before the cold weather sets in. Any slight restriction will cause havoc in cold weather. Always use fuel additive before it gets cold an you should avoid most problems If the weather forecast indicates bitterluy cold weather get some No 1 fuel in the tank an make sure the tractor or whatever is run long enough to work it thorugh the system. A lttle time preparing goes along way.
