you have never bought fuel in Oklahoma then.Combine the wind chill with temps of 20 and below some wont even pump.out of the pumps on above ground tanks.Not saying he wont need filters but usually thats part of a regular maintenance program

If you are talking to me, I have bought a lot of road fuel in Oklahoma (and many other states for that matter). Any middle or southern states I always treated if I was heading north. It only takes one time of sitting on the side of the road in below zero weather or to go through what this guy is going through. And, by the way the wind chill has nothing to do with this.
