Eastern Iowa | This year I will start with a new 12 row CCS John Deere planter. I had a chance to buy a Travis two box seed tender with only four boxes through it without a scales and talc applicator. Does a 56 year old newbie need these options or will I be ok? If I don't put the $1400.00 talc applicator on the tender how do you get the talc on? The dealer wants $6700.00 to trade for one with a scales and applicator. Thanks | |
