gee rupert,a guy is lining someones pocket when he buys something,unless it's being bought at liquidation prices.there has been some back and forth on the jd applicators with the disc system,in our area.i have run knife applicators for many years,and when the going is good they are alright,but we are in the custom business,so we need to speed things up,have to figure out a way to deal with conditions that are less than perfect( i.e.plowed fields that are less than level,corn on corn that the stalks aren't sized right,notill bean stubble,etc).maybe the dawn stuff is high,but i'll be my own judge if it is overpriced.
