Manitoba, Canada | No. It will be stationary. It won't be mounted on the mixer either but instead it will be placed in front of it so that the PTO stub shaft of the power unit is in the same place as a tractor PTO would be. I will make some sort of a frame on it so that I can hook up a hitch pin to the mixer so that everything stays where it should and also so that it can support the hitch of the mixer. I might build some sort of suspension so that there is some give when I drop a bale in just to make it easier on the mixer itself.
