check the wire loom at the back of the truck going to the tail lights as well as the tail lights.Volvo used a harness for a 350 inch wheelbase truck and looped it into a bundle and where the end loop is they corrode inside the insulation sheath you can usully feel the bulge.Then the stock taillights corrode badly and leak a lot causing a big draw that will smoke the flashers
