Can't speak for other models but I have one semi, a 1989 International 9300. With 855 Cummins, It's all mechanical and very trouble free. I plan to keep it as long as I can. Very dependable semi. Will pull 100,000 lb load with ease. It has no ECM or computer crap. Only a key switch, light switch and a/c switch. What more do I need?
