You might pull the burner unit away from the first tube and make sure there are no obstructions in the burner end. Mine had a grate that was plugged with dust dirt etc . that you would not get just by blowing in the fan intake. I had numerous service calls on it and they checked pressure switches etc and non ever thought to do it.
