Are you right-handed or left-handed?


That would be a start to your design.

I'm right-handed, so I would want hose reels, to my left, then cutter, then crimper/assembly area, going further to the right. 


At the cutter, my left hand, holds the hose, and my right would operate the cutter.


This may not work, at your shop location(your 20 feet), but it might be something to think about.
