Your picture shows that the meter is not set up properly for the OEM deere bean disc. The brush is set wrong as Softtail has said, and the 'clicker' is on. It needs to be removed. Is the singulator still popped out? It also needs to be locked in the rear away position and the paper clip looking thing needs to be locked back also.
