I jumped my seat switch because it would turn the tractor off in anything resembling rough ground within 10 ft when using the PTO. A safety switch that prevents you from using the tractor is asking for people to disable it. The newer model has a different seat and better switch but you still can't use the diff lock without killing the engine.

There was a knucklehead on here a few days ago that was pumping for advice on how to jump his seat switch, leave it alone. The engineers put it there for a reason, not because they had a switch left over. How sad!
