If you are making mostly pig feed go with the roller mill. That will give you a more consistent grind and reduce the standard deviation of the grind size. A more consistent grind will improve feed conversion.
You can also crack the corn with a roller mill. I have a customer in NW Iowa that manufacturers feed for a few hundred thousand dairy cattle, all that corn goes through a roller mill.
