Saronville NE | I used to have a old JD 700 grinder and we made cattle feed with it, but I never liked it, always had too many fines in it. We even took the screen out totally to help just crack the corn, even that way you had about 1/3 whole kernel corn, 1/3 cracked corn, 1/3 was just fines and powder. Roller mill definetly be better for cracked corn, IDK about why you couldn't make hog feed with a roller mill also if you just tighten the rolls up. | |
