King City, Mo
You need to get familure with the chemical modes of action.

http://ipm.illinois.edu/pubs/iapmh/15chapter.pdf

Each one works a little different and that is what we preach using a tank mic of 2-3 modes of action and rotating them every year so resistance doesn't build.

Aka if rup doesn't kill it have 24d in the mix for burn down to help it. Authority products are premixed together wih two modes of action for easy mixing.

Authority, valor and metribution for soybeans all have splash up and can harm small beans. The positive of this is that when it rains the become more active and will take out larger emerged TWH.

All pres need rain to get in the soil, rain to stay active and too much rain there gone.

This year the complete control on TWH has been lasting 30-45 days. I have not saw any burrs or sunflowers. I had some velvetleaf that was small when i sprayed at 3rd trifoliate and its gone.

I give the prowl and scepter i used with burn down an A for the year. The prefix at third trifoliate a B as I was hoping for more residual control.
